When in December 2006 the world learned through continuous (anonymous) tips about secret reports on corruption that fundamentally involved countries and totalitarian government administrations to the detriment of their peoples, it was only a matter of time for some extremely hidden compromising truths to gradually come to light.
This is essentially the story that Donis Llago now uses to create the works that make up the recent stage of his Transparency series. That is, what we appreciate with the naked eye (the denotative) and what lies hidden in the background (the procedures of connotation) are usually not the same.
