You may return any item within 14 days of receiving it except for custom or special orders. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We ship via UPS and USPS. Most orders are processed within 2 business days. Shipping transit ranges from 2-14 business days depending on where you are located in the US and abroad. *Freight items may take longer as they require the building of a custom crate.
We might not be able to ship to PO Boxes based on size limitations.
In some cases, we are able to package multiple items together to reduce the shipping expense.
